From initial quote to final delivery, Moulds International & Design Group will assist your company to meet your needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Quotes required for any project and design recommendations will be provided if needed to make parts and molds as efficient as possible.
Once the mold is awarded, design feasibility will be performed to ensure the mold is produced correctly and to identify correct draft angles, poor conditions or if critical components may be required to improve cooling and cycle time. Our engineering expertise focuses on advanced product design, material selection, and prototyping. We have decades of experience working with a wide range of products.
Design is fully 3D. Most popular formats can be read. Catia, UG, Step, x_t, JT, Iges, Solid Works, Cadkey, dxf/dwg. All designs will be reviewed with our customer in person or over the phone if required. Designs are done according to customer requirements and specifications.
Program Management
Program Management will oversee your mold build from start to finish and offer a full range of support. Timelines can be provided on a weekly basis along with pictures if requested. Our team is hands on and will always be able to inform you of mold status at any time.
Our program managers are technically skilled to oversee the design reviews. They use CAD software to track and manage your tool build during the manufacturing process.
